The Democrats, are proud of and pleased with Biden’s performance in the vice-presidential debate. Though, it is highly questionable as to whether or not anyone else was as impressed. President Obama has his game plan now, thanks to Biden. The question will be whether or not he can execute Biden’s plan and give a better accounting of himself than he did with his own plan in the first debate. Even at that he will have to project believability with his borrowed offense. If he comes across as an amateur following the lead of a veteran the results are going to be disappointing for all Democrats.
If Romney isn’t careful, and Obama does indeed put together an act that is forceful and believable, the governor may be taken by surprise and rattled at the first volleys. To prevent that Romney can counter aggression with aggression and build a good defense disguised as an offense. Romney often comes across as being easy-going. If he is to win Tuesday night he’ll have to leave that easy going nature at home and prime himself for a bear hunt and hope that the president doesn’t execute Biden’s plan successfully. He can win either way if he anticipates all that may be thrown at him by a president looking to redeem himself.
This will be the decisive debate of the three (presidential debates) and the winner will be unofficially declared president and will merely have to wait until November for it to be declared official. The third debate really won’t matter that much.
