Immediately after the Supreme Court ruling allowing Arizona law enforcement to stop and question a person's immigration status the Department of Homeland Security strips Arizona Police agencies of the authority to do so.  On the surface of it the action appears to be un-presidential,  divisive and disdainful of state's rights not to mention an "us versus them" mentality.
